Perfect spot, big water bottle in the room, great air conditioning, closed roof bathroom, fridge, easy access to the beach, linen alittle scruffy, location, everyone friendly and room service for food and drink.

Loved to large rooms ….great air conditioning….right on the beach ….super deep and refreshing pool …the quiet end of Lipah Beach …friendly staff…

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent with good soap products. Walking distance to People Point which was by far, my favourite eating place with good coffee.
