The location is very central yet very private and quiet. There is an excellent boulangerie-patisserie, Maison Girondon, just around the corner. The best croissants in France so far. The studio is well equipped, very clean and modern, and has a very smart use of space. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The municipal free parking is close by and free. It is an excellent base to explore Loire Valley castles. We could easily spend a week here. The Wi-Fi was working well, which was a bonus as we didn't expect to have it. Thank you, Gilles! ❤️

Excellent apartment for cyclists - close to Velo Loire, 2 streets from the Chateau and town centre, around the corner from an laundromat, and has a locked shed in the garden for overnight bike security. It is a large studio apartment with a small, but fully functional kitchenette. The grocery store is only a block away and meal preparation and clean up was easy. The instructions sent to us by the hosts to locate the rear laneway, garden entrance and lockbox all worked perfectly. We stayed two nights and could have easily stayed a week. Wifi worked perfectly.
