Our stay at this apartment was simply perfect. The location was ideal, right by the main street, close to cafés, a bakery, a greengrocer, and a delicatessen, so every morning we could buy fresh baguettes and make breakfast. The apartment itself was very bright, and although it was small, it felt very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: the hosts thought of every detail, with a fully equipped kitchen and even board games in the cupboard. The shower was spacious, and we had hot water all day long. The hosts were very caring, and every question we had was answered warmly and thoroughly. Additionally, the place is right by the river, just a short walk from the train station. We will definitely recommend it and come back again!

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Amboise. We loved the studio and the communication and directions to find it were spot on! It was light and airy, mod cons yet traditional in style.

It’s proximity to the town, right in the centre so you could park the car and walk. It was a short walk to the Chateau and the home of Leonardo da Vinci and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also it was very quiet during the evening. For a studio apartment it was very well equipped. The shower was big enough for my 6ft 2 husband. Always a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, there was a fan, tv, coffee machine. Everything you need.

The location is very central yet very private and quiet. There is an excellent boulangerie-patisserie, Maison Girondon, just around the corner. The best croissants in France so far. The studio is well equipped, very clean and modern, and has a very smart use of space. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The municipal free parking is close by and free. It is an excellent base to explore Loire Valley castles. We could easily spend a week here. The Wi-Fi was working well, which was a bonus as we didn't expect to have it. Thank you, Gilles! ❤️
