We had a lovely stay in one of the first floor en-suite rooms on a bed and breakfast basis. The owners, and our hosts, Ombeline and Cedric were delightful and attentive without being intrusive. Our room was well-appointed and had been refurbished to a very high standard. All our needs were anticipated with great attention to detail - homemade herbal tea in the room on arrival was a nice touch. The provision of a mosquito net over the bed was unexpected but welcome. Shared use of the downstairs area, including the kitchen facilities, was a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of fresh breads and pastries with homemade jams / compotes, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs and cheese. The property is situated in the heart of the Loire Valley and ideal for exploring this region.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was all home made. The hotel was charming and the kids loved the pool table 😃

Tastefully renovated and decorated. Very thoughtful Regional touches added to the room. Immaculately clean. Cedric and ombeline were friendly and very helpful. Loved the homemade items for breakfast.

The hosts are very friendly, you can see how thoughtful they are from every detail of the room. maison and rooms are well designed and decorated. I have seen the most beautiful sunset clouds from my room window

Cédric and Amboline were so kind and hospitable. Amboline provided delicious breakfast with homemade jams. We had access to a communal kitchen so my husband and I made dinner and ate outside. They have a nice garden. I also liked the soap they provided. We met some nice people from London and Washington DC.

It is a wonderful bed and breakfast!! Hosts were very kind and accomodating! !! Room was immaculate,‘very comfortable and nicely decorated! Breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommend!

We loved the stylish decor and feeling like we were surrounded by countryside, but only a short 5 min drive into Amboise. The couple who ran it were lovely and we really enjoyed breakfast. We also enjoyed having access to a kitchen and the really thoughtful wine selection you can buy.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was a great variety and absolutely delicious. They were able to adjust to whatever our desires were. We especially enjoyed being able to use the dining room to play games together in the evening. Very well located but in the country...which we enjoyed.
