Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, warm comfy beds and a piping hot shower. Excellent location for walks and local transport links. Pubs and shops close by.

Great location in Ambleside. Room had everything we needed and was very clean. Staff were friendly and tried to cater to everyone's preferences at breakfast. Parking was available.

Full English breakfast, it carries a certain meaning, "we know what that is". But this one was a good one. Not just mushrooms, not just a sausage, not just bacon, but tasty mushrooms, quality sausages and well cooked bacon.
