The extremely helpful staff especially Simon and Richard. The room was spotless and very comfortable and we were made to feel so welcome. NOTHING was a problem for Simon and Richard.

The Apple Loft rooms are a lovely set of rooms in the centre of Ambleside above the Apple Pie Café, they had an iron and ironing board available so we could do some final touch ups before heading to a wedding down the road. I'd recommend the place to anyone staying in the area.
