Very clean and comfortable (king-size bed, fluffy towels…). It’s well-run and decorated with taste. Friendly owner, great breakfast. Well-located between Waterhead and Ambleside town-centre.

We had a wonderful stay and the host was incredibly friendly. The place was spotless throughout, which we really appreciated. The host even helped us with a plug in charger for our phone as we had accidentally left our at home.

Breakfasts were first class. A great choice of hot and cold meals. The service was exceptional and very quick. The hot dish was really well presented and enjoyable. The Dining Room is very bright and pleasant. The whole place was spotlessly clean.
