Property was clean and well presented and was very central in Grasmere. The owners were extremely hospitable. I was in the area to complete the Grasmere duathlon and the Wetherspoon was quite bad. The owner allowed me to use the shower in the sauna room after check out time to get cleaned up after the event. They really couldn’t do enough to help. I will definitely stay again

The cottage was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location outstanding. Good parking. Cottage owner, Richard, was helpful.

Beautiful place in a perfect location ! Richard was lovely and very accommodating. We had a minor issue with the WiFi one evening and he was there within 2 minutes literally and solved the problem straight away :) great host and great property we would definitely stay again !

Lovely warm property. Great entrance lounge with lots of helpful items (maps, chargers, dog towels etc). Friendly and helpful people on site and nothing too much trouble. Great to be able to park up safely and then just stroll to the pub and grasmere. Lovely food in the pub, great vegan food choices too.
