Arrivals after 19:00 must be agreed in advance.Pets are only allowed in the Pet Friendly double rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. These rooms are located on the ground floor at the rear of the main property.The King size room is on the ground floor.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Excellent position, with only a short walk to town centre. Stone-built, Victorian building. Private, free car parking. Friendly reception on arrival. Nice view from rear facing rooms.

Location to the centre of Ambleside Ability to access the room early. Although we had a small room it was well appointed. Parking availability. Rob the host was welcoming , friendly and helpful
