Honestly, one of the best stays ever. We was a group of 12; 6 parents, 2 adult children n 4 teenagers. The cottage itself was super clean and was stocked with utensils n plates. The sauna was nice and easy to use with a Bluetooth speaker inside it. As for location, it was perfect. Only a short walk from many bus stops and was in the central location of Ambleside. The only con we had was that check in was very late at 4pm and check out being super early at 10am, this was an issue for us as we were a big family and getting everyone together that early was difficult but other than that, everyone loved staying in Dixon Court and said it was a great location, and a great overall stay. 100% recommend
