Great location in heart of Ambleside. Clean and comfortable with very friendly owners. Really enjoyed our chats with them, they are a great family. On main road in town centre but traffic is quiet at night.

Cosy, clean room, excellent location, nearby public parking available for free once you picked up permit from the b&b. Tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room, very good selection for breakfast.
