It was easy to find on Beach Road and looked immaculate outside. The property was very well maintained inside and out. The host was very friendly and showed us to our unit which was very clean and comfortable. As an added bonus, we were joined by an adorable cat which was lovely as we miss our cats at home.

Extremely friendly welcome by the owner and his cat. The motel is away from the highway and thus more quiet. It is walking distance to shops and takeaways.

The location is great. Close to shops and beach and countryside. We are returning guests. And love this place. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend and will be going back.

The location was perfect for us - we wanted to get comfortably close to the Christchurch International airport for a next-day departure without actually being in the city. The location was blissfully quiet, the unit was delightful, there were shops for food within walking distance and it was just a short drive to spectacular views of crashing waves. Teviot View Accommodation allowed us to enjoy our holiday to the last second without any compromises.

I've been here before and came back for a second time. Loved it as usual. If you're a sucker for showers, this is the place to go. The pressure is fantastic, the open plan bathroom is great, and the overhead jets are the best. The beds are big and comfy, and the living room is cozy The hosts are great and very welcoming.
