This hotel is absolutely stunning, looks like a postcard and the bungalows are spacious and have wonderful amenities. The pool is lovely and the resort has a wide range of activities to enjoy while there. The beach is absolutely stunning too. The staff at this resort are incredible, everyone from reception to the waiters at the restaurant, everyone is extremely kind and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay the best. The spa is lovely and we enjoyed a wonderful massage in the tranquil gardens. The spa is a must visit. The resort is quiet and relaxing and we had a wonderful time. It is well located about 45 minutes from the airport and the hotel also provides airport transfers which was a very convenient service. The food is very well presented and looks like a fine dinning experience every day. Just something important to note this hotel does not serve buffet style meals, they instead have a menu to order from and a small buffet at breakfast with hot items such as eggs made to order. My only comment for the hotel regarding the food is that the menue for lunch and dinner is exactly the same and there is a lack of variety of options especially if you only eat seafood and vegetarian food, a lot of the vegetarian options were not available to order. The menu also does not change as the days go by. The snack menu as well is very limited and if you don't eat meat there are not a lot of options. However, I must add that the hotel did do their best to make us food that catered to what we needed. It is also important to know that even if you book a full board package with this hotel, unlike other hotels I have been to, this package only includes food and it does not include any drinks, which we only found out on our arrival. Overall it was a lovely experience staying here and I would highly recommend staying here while you are in Nosy Be. I would just advise the hotel to consider expanding their food options. The hotel is stunning and the staff are amazing.

Staff was nice and very welcoming. The check in process was smooth and warm. The premises are nicely designed and it feels like we are staying in a luxury forest. The room was quite big and we enjoyed using the jacuzzi.
