Closeness to the beach and shopping facilities. Above all, safety within the apartment and we'll taken care of the parking. Security is top class.

Location is key as you have the best of both worlds (beach on one side & shopping on the other). Apartment is super spacious,comfortable,strong wifi with a big enough convenient balcony for a family braai
