Host was great, super communicative and so helpful. Apartment is light and very clean, each room has its own balcony and also the kitchen/lounge, so we had some lovely sea views from there! Easy enough walk in and out of Amalfi centre, you have some stairs or a bit of an incline depending which way you walk up.

We stayed at Stella del Mare for three nights while in Amalfi for a wedding and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We drove from Naples airport — the coastal roads are a bit winding but totally manageable and incredibly scenic. You can also reach Amalfi by ferry if you prefer a more relaxed option. When we arrived in the evening, our host Francesco was waiting for us with a warm welcome. He’s genuinely friendly and helpful and made check-in super easy. Parking nearby is simple to arrange which is a big plus in Amalfi! The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms — one with a cozy wrought-iron double bed and the other with two single beds. Each room has its own balcony which lets in beautiful light and sea breezes. The kitchen is convenient and well equipped; just make sure to pick up the basics like water and coffee when you arrive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace. Having breakfast there in the morning feels like being suspended over the sea — the view is absolutely stunning! The town center is only about a 10-minute walk away with pedestrian paths leading right to it.
