Room layout: superb! Lovely big comfy bed, travel cot was good and clean, good amenities and a blackout curtain ensuring a great night sleep. Lovely and quiet. Staff: very friendly and helpful Check out time of 12:00 was great! Pool temp, lovely! Like getting in a bath! Italian restaurant: the best one there. Food was delicious.

The wide selection, and quality, of the food, including there being a variety of restaurants within the hotel to choose from. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely rooms, pools, staff, entertainment and food. Good that you could only book the Al a carte restaurants 48 hours in advance so you had chance to book while on holiday and they weren’t all booked up for the week.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special shoutout to Mohammed and his team in the Essence dining area — their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made each meal more enjoyable. The staff at The Cookout and the bar were also amazing — always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The food was good with a nice variety, and the facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!
