Big place clean tidy and nice setting to sit outside. Very helpful just very informative and accommodating and spoke good English he even took us to the supermarket on the 1st day and showed us the area. Always helpful if we needed him. Gave him advice to put up a small handrail for the stairs to help not so able people and was happy with the idea. Thanks for a great stay

Our experience was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless clean and had everything that we needed. The pool area is south facing and is in the sun all day. The location is perfect. Shopping, restraints and bars are only a 5 minute drive. The owner Abilio is extremely helpful and is always on hand if you ever need any help I couldn’t recommend orange tree villa enough you will have a great stay.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! Our experience here was absolutely perfect. Abílio was the best host we could have asked for — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The house was spotless clean and had everything we needed. We had a one year old baby with us and Abílio even made up a blow up pool and inflatable toys for her to play with. He truly made our stay extra special. The location is amazing: just 5 minutes to Alvor town and beach, 10 minutes to the shopping centre, and about 15 minutes to Praia da Rocha. Everything was super easy to get to, which made exploring the area so convenient. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Abílio!
