Location is brilliant, one street over from the main thoroughfare, right next to the harbour and about 15mins leisurely walk from the beach. Despite being so close to the action it was quiet. The rooftop terrace is nice too but there's no privacy from the other terraces. The apartment was well equipped but there was no dishwasher. Mel & Alice were very responsive hosts. There were some nice extras like a parasol for the beach, a little shopping cart/bag, some beach toys. The air conditioning was excellent. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. We have been on many holidays in Alvor for over 12 years now and stayed in many places and this rates as one of if not the best place we have stayed. Including a shower that has pressure which we have struggled with in the past. Very close to the small fishing port and excellent restaurants. The Italian at the end of the street about 1 minute walk away is definitely recommended. Overall a great stay.

Very comfortable flat with balconies front and back with a spacious roof terrace. Fabulous views across the lagoon. Great location. Close to bars and restaurants but still peaceful.
