Great location, good space inside and outside. Very good furniture and BBQ facilities. The house offers everything for the comfortable long stay. Additionally, the host provided small welcome treats which was lovely.

The property is brand new and we were the first guests there. Accommodation was of a high standard. The beds were extremely comfortable and bedding and towels were of high quality with some bathroom products provided. The villa was down a track about 1/2 minutes walk away from the main road. As it’s new we used Prainha Clube resort as a marker when we used Uber taxis as they struggled to find the villa on the map. There were buses available at the top of the road if needed for trips to nearby Portimao. It was very quiet around the villa as the area is awaiting development. It was an easy 10 minute walk through the resort to the beach. Town took about 30 minutes to get to and the nicest way was to use the boardwalk from the beach. The nearest large supermarket was about 15 minutes walk away and about €6 in a taxi back. We didn’t use a car and managed well on foot. There were some teething problems with the villa but these were resolved quickly and communication with Carla from the management company was excellent.
