Everyone was friendly and welcoming We arrived on a public holiday so everything except the takeaway was closed.The staff informed us of the takeaway and provided plates and cutlery so we could eat in the dining area. We enjoyed a delicious bottle of wine too 😋 Our dogs were allowed to sit with us in the dining area which makes a difference when one travels with dogs that are unused to being left alone in new surroundings. The traditional restaurant next-door serves delicious food at reasonable prices. We're looking forward to our next visit.

The breakfast was simple (fruit, bread rolls, ham, yoghurts, many small cakes) but fresh and plentifull. We had a swim on arrival, but the pool is quite shallow. The pool, like everything else in the hotel, was very clean. We also bought a bottle of wine to sit on the terrace. At 9eur it must have been the cheapest bottle of wine we bought in a hotel ever. The location was fine, although it it close to a main road, there ws hardly any traffic after dark.
