An absolute gem of a find – idyllic, charming, and nestled in stunning grounds. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a peaceful, luxurious experience. The Egyptian cotton bedding and towels add a touch of indulgence, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts. They strike the perfect balance between warm hospitality and respectful privacy – genuinely lovely people who make you feel completely at home without ever being intrusive. Highly recommended. The setting is beautiful. Sharon the host was lovely and welcoming. Rooms was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was superb

From a pre-arrival message to a lovely farewell, Sharon was so lovely and really keen to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding (eggs from their own hens!) and high quality local fare. If you’ve never been brave enough to try black pudding, do it here, as this is local and authentic from Bury! And it was cooked to perfection! The bed was soooooo comfortable. The room was spot on. It’s all decorated to a high spec. There is a lovely guest lounge which is very relaxing.
