Loved the evening entertainment especially out if season wasn’t expecting it! Amazing singers & family quiz, both nights during our stay. The waterpark was amazing the children had a ball! Room had an Xbox and mini fridge which is always appreciated with families! Dan one of the team members was very friendly and accommodating. My daughters have their own you tube channel where they document all their stays they done 2 days of Alton Towers on there, their username is Barnett Brownies 😀

The cleanliness of room was great. Staff were helpful and friendly and matched our enthusiasm and energy. The restaurant was great with lovely food for dinner and breakfast. The decor is amazing and the children loved the entertainment in the evening. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the bar area as we were so tired from the long day we had at Alton Towers as we had driven up from Swansea at 5am.
