Beautiful hidden spot, a rare treasure if you want to enjoy the lack of traffic noise and most other background noise common to modern life. The area is a joy for walks, scenic tours and wandering around historical towns and villages. The cottage has all necessary features, is well insulated, has a good shower and comfy floor heating.

We had a wonderful stay in Altlay: cosy and perfectly renovated little house, very quiet location in a fairytale-like valley and lovely, helpful host. We really enjoyed our relaxing holidays at Ria’s accomodation. Thanks a lot!

the house is super practical, clean and very cosy. the owners Ria and Karl were super friendly still very respectful of our privacy. we had a wonderful time with our 1 year old baby. the environment is perfect to unwind with beautiful hikes for everyone.

Where do I begin? I find this accommodation to be one of the most amazing I have ever stayed at. First of all, it was spotlessly clean. It's a charming holiday home with an interior desing well thought of and lots of details. From the living room one's eyes gaze over a vast and beautiful garden with also lots of details and works of art. It's a quiet place, with the hoasts as only neighbors. The location is not far from de charming little towns along the Moselle Valley. All in all, this holiday house is a little gem situated in beautiful surroundings.
