Location is nice and cosy, absolutely fine and practical for up to 4 people. Rooms are large and warm. One large double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that needs to be extended. It is large quite comfortable, but those in the living room need to sleep both on the same sofa. Linens and loads of towels provided. The small kitchen is completely separate from the rooms so the person making breakfast would not bother anyone sleeping. Dishwasher works well, fridge is big and has a freezer compartment. Stove+oven is electric ; there is a microwave and a coffee-filter machine. Skis can be kept in a cabinet in the corridor overnight. Just 5 minutes to the nearest slope or 20 minutes to Zauchensee (Flachau would be about the same). Did not try ski-bus. Beware of supermarket closing times, which is 18:00.

We were here for the second time, everything was perfect. Host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and fully-equipped. Quiet location.
