We loved 'upper' Altea, whitewashed buildings, restaurants, shops and the beautiful church. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, lots of attention to detail, the lighting in the bathroom, the flooring - the inlaid tiles for example. Our housekeeper was so friendly and the owner was responsive, ensuring the extras we asked for were delivered quickly (kettle, softer pillow) The floral diffuser scent used in the entrance gave us a welcome every time we returned home.

Nice location in the heart of the Old Town , although Sat Nav did struggle to find it. Parking is a 5 - 10 min walk

Prior to arrival all of my questions were answered promptly and details of how to access the accommodation were sent on the day of our arrival. The location was a short walk from the old town centre which was great for evenings out. The room we had was nicely decorated and big enough for a few days stay. The bathroom was lovely with a huge walk-in shower.
