We were visiting family who live a 2 minute walk from the location so it suited our needs perfectly. Our bedroom was very clean, beds were comfortable, spotless bathroom with great shower and plenty of hot water, both air con and heating available and the mini fridge was a bonus. Heating was much appreciated as temperature dropped in the evenings. Although we didn't make use of the well equipped kitchen and pleasant social /sitting area they were both spotless and would be an added benefit for tourists. As most of the time we were with our family we didn't make use of the small balcony which fronts on to a one way street which is quite busy during the day but with little, if any, night time traffic. The walk from Hostel Karma to the sea front is a short 10-15 min one but is very steep. We used the graduated steps walk from the Church square down to the front which has some lovely views over the bay in both directions.....and got taxi back 6-7 euros but saved my elderly legs so worth it!
