This is a very nice place! It is located two minutes from the center of Altea old town, close to many good restaurants yet in a quiet street with a small and sunny terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains in the distance. Free parking is nearby and the beach is about 7mins downhill. We were happy with the sun shining on the terrace throughout the day, enjoying some of our meals there. There are blinds and airco for the summertime when it gets hot. The apt is luminous and spacious and has a large dining and seating area and kitchen that is very well equipped. We appreciated the availability of basic things like herbs, detergent for the dishwasher and the washing machine. Very handy! The bathroom is smaller, but comfortable and the shower was good, with hot water. The toilet is separate. We only made use of one of the bedrooms, the bed was comfortable and there was enough closet space. We very much liked the place and appreciate its price-quality ratio.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with beautiful mountain views to the back and sea views from the balcony at the front. It was an approximate 3 minute walk from the apartment to the main Plaza in Altea old Town, the beautiful domes of the church can be seen from the balcony. Inside the apartment was very nice, albeit slightly old-fashioned in some areas, however, this matched the ambiance of the area that it was located and it didn't look or feel out of place.

The location was stunning, the apartment was beautifully laid out, loads of towels and quality bedding, great air conditioning and a generally lovely vibe.
