Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week.Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 49.98 per week.Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.Check-in after 20:00 and until 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The terrace and pool were great with a fantastic view over the marina and the sea.

The location of the property was excellent, set high above the sea and Marina and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the Marina for restaurants/bars.
