Host phoned whilst en route to property to warn of snow on the roads and advised best route, they had also put the heating on so the house was toasty *and* left fresh milk and chocolate biscuits.

Loved the cottage - really nice feel to the place and had everything we needed for a lovely weeks stay. The owners had decorated it for Xmas too which was a nice surprise
