The self service buffet breakfasts were excellent with a considerable variety of hot dishes (scrambled and boiled egg)and cold dishes (smoked salmon, and at least 4 cheeses), 2 varieties of yoghurt, cereals, fruit salads, nuts and seeds, croissants, and at least 4 varieties of real brown bread plus white rolls. The choice was so large I have almost certainly forgotten something. It was very tempting to stretch breakfast out at the expense of the morning walk.
