I like the location. It is central --near the Tower and Aman Mall. The room is very cosy..looks like you are in London..with it's English-like deco. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is spacious! I especially like the apple-scented towels - it brings the home comfort feeling. The satff are really nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It was very comfortable and the AC was a life saver. First time I've stayed in a room with no window but it turned out not to be a problem due to the AC/Ventilation and the rooms with a window wouldn't have had a decent view in any case. The staff were also extremely nice and helpful.

I like all the details they provided at this hotel, which include complete toiletries (like a 5-star hotel), the quality of the towels, the decorations, and the furniture.
