One problem. You had to make your breafast choice the prior evening. After an unforseen night of jollities you may require a different meal to yhe one ordered. Having said that I can see the proprietors view point in gettinh food prepared.

The breakfast choice was excellent, especially the option of Craster kippers. The room was light and airy and spotlessly clean.We had an upstairs room with velux windows and blackout blinds which were great at night.

Lovely warm welcome from both hosts. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with quick and efficient service. Thank you to George and Jackie and the rest of the team.

Ideal location to use as a base for the Northumberland coast as well as for Alnwick itself. The room was lovely, comfy bed and great shower. Good choices for breakfast, the full English went down a treat and so did the Craster kippers.
