Coffee table took up too much space. Surprised there was no soap or shower gel in the bathrooms.

We had a lovely long weekend at Pilot's Rest and could easily have stayed for longer. Great location in the centre of the village, close to the amenities, the beach and the coastal path. It's close to two pubs and a restaurant if you want to eat out but we chose to stay in and cook for two nights as kitchen is really well-equipped and had everything we needed to make a meal for 5 people. The beds are really comfy and the whole place felt warm and welcoming.

The location was good although parking was extremely difficult, no parking outside accommodation during the day! The beach was very close and great pubs in the vicinity. Excellent views from living room window.
