Very good value for money, cosy place, access to terrace and kitchen, nice and tasty restaurant on the ground floor. The facility is accessible without a car (bus from Sintra and Cascais) and you can hike or go by bus to the cabo da roca and beaches. For bus, same Navigante pass as in Lisbon works but you should top it up in a machine in Lisbor or on a train station (1,55 eur per ride with a pass vs 2,70 if you pay to the driver, cash only)

Comfortable beds. Easy self check in with all info. Kitchen area for guests and also possibility to eat in the restaurant under the rooms. Thank you for heater in the room, because we had rainy weather. Ideal place if you look for possibility to stay in small village.

The accommodation is in a perfect location for those who want to hike along the ocean. On a quiet street, right next to it is a small bar where you can eat very delicious food for a cheap price. The accommodation is completely functional, the room is much smaller than I expected. It was clean, but it seems that the building could use a renovation. The lady was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was perfect, delicious and plentiful, it was prepared for each room in the common fridge. The common kitchen and living room can be used by anyone, they are nice places. Unfortunately, the weather was quite bad during our stay, it was cold and windy, rainy weather. The room is so small that there was no place to dry clothes or towels. Heating was only provided by a small electric heater, which heated the room, but it was very cold in the common areas. We basically only went to the accommodation to sleep, it was perfect for that, but it would be uncomfortable for a longer stay. Regardless, thank you very much for your attention, we had a great time!

This property is very good value. If you want 5 stars you have to pay 5 star prices. The vibe here is more like a hostel. The do it yourself breakfast worked fine with plenty of food available. You can use the kitchen to cook for yourself. Great bus service both to Sintra and Cascais a short walk away, and a short hike can take you to some brilliant beaches.
