The host was super accommodating and very fast in response. We arrived and one of the AC was not working, she directly fix it and send her staff right away and apologize. She also extended her assistance on our check out day when I was not feeling well and yet we supposed to check out at 12pm but our flight was at 8pm. I ask if she can let us stay until 5pm, she did not hesitate to say YES without extra charge. The location is superb as a lot of mini supermarket and groceries nearby. Rayhan and Samal was outstanding and very nice people.

Had been with family. Apartment was very clean. All daily essentials were available. Has a supermarket in the opposite of apartment. Has an outdoor play area where my child spent some time. Host was very good, responding immediately to any issues. Overall very nice experience..

Fantastic Stay at a Modern Apartment! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, and it was an amazing experience. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, providing a perfect balance of coziness and style. One of the standout features was the secure password entry system. It gave me peace of mind and made check-in and check-out seamless. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The bathrooms were spotless, with modern fixtures and plenty of hot water. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and amenities, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and modern place to stay. I'll definitely be coming back for my next visit!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen stuff are all complete, and there were also toiletries provided. The host and her staff were very much accommodating and helpful to our concerns. We really had a great time in Almaty!
