The apartment was cozy, clean, with a balcony, a washing machine and everything you need to function there. For the check in we received very clear instructions. The apartment is located a short distance from the botanical garden, the area around the apartment is full of greenery and trees, quiet place. There are also great restaurants and shops nearby.

Though it is small but comfortable for two people. The apartment has everything catered for. The owner is very helpful and responds very promptly to your queries. The location is superb. There is lots of greenery around you. The market is very near. The apartment is approachable from all types of transport very easily. There is a cafe down below where the girl named " Demi" is very helpful particularly for those who don't know Kazak or Russian. Everything is excellent and value for money.
