I had a wonderful stay at Shymbulak Ski Resort. The overall service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a very good variety and quality. The facilities were a big plus: the sauna and heated pool were perfect for relaxing after skiing, and the ski equipment storage area was very convenient. The best part is the location — the resort is right in front of the ski slopes, which makes access incredibly easy. For anyone looking to ski near Almaty at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Shymbulak. The accommodation, equipment rental options, and location offer great value. I will definitely come back again.

Very good hotel .the view is amazing . All the food and facilities are excellent.definitely 10 out of 10. the staffs very nice .Especially Niyaz!!!!!!! 100 out of 10 !!!!!! He helped me a lot .This guy's super nice and helpful – when I left he saw me struggling with my heavy luggage and went out of his way to help me all the way to the car. Made my trip end perfectly. Really hope I can come back for skiing again!

PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH .

Very good hotel .the view is amazing . All the food and facilities are excellent.definitely 10 out of 10. the staffs very nice .Especially Niyaz!!!!!!! 100 out of 10 !!!!!!
