Pleasant stay, the staff members are friendly. The rooms have a great view of the mountains. I enjoyed the calm walks in the morning, most people can easily walk to Medeu (not with luggage) and do a cable car ride to Shymbulak. The breakfast selection was good too. The Samal restaurant was excellent and the lamb kebab was superb.

It is a great place to escape from megalopolis and enjoy fresh air am mountain views. Many thanks for the staff of the hotel, all requests were considered. Excellent service!
