Well situated 5 star hotel with good value for money room prices. Hotel has a restaurant, gym, big interior pool, spa ect... The bulding and interior court are beautiful. Would recommend for people looking for a top notch hotel in Almaty.

The room was spatious, really tidy and clean (looked and felt like brand new). Curtains (open and close automatically) block the sun completely, which was perfect given it was bright and shiny at 5 in the morning already. The pool area was magnificent as were the common spaces around the entry.

The staff was amazing👍 I've been in different hotels in Almaty, but the hospitality of the Rahat Palace hotel in this city was super good👍 Big thanks to them🤗
