Отель ЭРА: Comfortable Stay with a Few Caveats Overall: Отель ЭРА offers a comfortable stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, nicely designed, and renovated with modern features. The beds are very comfortable, and the showers are fantastic. They have everything you might need for a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it for those who are prepared for a few things.

Location is great, right in the centre of the city. Close to many supermarkets and food outlets. While language was a barrier, staff is polite and patient. Rooms were clean. If you're a traveller who has full day itinerary planned outside and need the hotel for stay & sleep only, this is the best place. Great value for money.

I like the quiet neighborhood and the staff friendliness; the room is clean with fresh linen and toiletries. definitely worth the stay. Highly recommended to people who prefer quiet night. There is also bus stop available in front the propety.

The room is clean and neat, the girls in the counter assist me in my first day to book a taxi, overall experience staying with them is pleasant and recommendable.
