The breakfast is legendary, quiet well managed, they kept bringing fresh food, even in the final minutes. The breakfast ends at 11:00. Even after the end of breakfast time, the staff is polite and they give you room to finish your meal. The coffee is good. There're plenty of people around to address your questions. It's at the city center. The rooms were clean, with nice view, but there wasn't any desk to work on. The hotel is a little crowded but well managed, might take a little long to use the elevators. The internet was good, it had coverage at the hotel garden, that was particularly useful for the Kazakh Taxi App.

Beautiful hotel in Almaty, located close to the touristic sites. The metro station is an easy 10-minute walk. The rooms, restaurants, and staff were awesome! The views of the snowcapped mountains were great! The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The main lobby is undergoing renovations, but when finished, it will be amazing.
