The roofterrace, the interior was beautiful, restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The bar is open 24/7

Pleasantly surprised & great stay overall! I was hesitant to book due to some mixed reviews, but I’m really glad I went through with it. The room was clean, with a great shower, comfy bed (though the duvet was a bit small for two), and even a smart TV. Very relaxed! Yes, the room controls use a Russian-language system, but everything can be used manually as well. The staff speaks limited English, some better than others, but they were always helpful and we managed just fine. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast was fresh and varied — not reheated dinner as some reviews suggested.

This hotel is for those people who wants to stay far from city noise as this is on the Mountain area so busses are not here only taxi. I love the staff they are ready to help you anytime of the day or night they are just wonderful! My experience with staff was just like family. I will definitely come back here and I will asks my mates to go here. 100% Rooms are spacious with balconies.
