One of the best parts of my stay at Ibis Almaty Jetisu was the breakfast buffet. The selection was fantastic, with a particularly impressive array of pastries. Everything was fresh and delicious – a great way to start the day!

Very international and considerate service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, the front desk can speak many languages, Sandina speaks Chinese very well, and will try her best to meet the needs of customers

I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Jettisu Almaty. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I especially appreciated the water dispenser; it's a great initiative to reduce plastic bottle usage.

The room was nice, and we enjoyed the modern design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s an amazing restaurant on the first floor. I think this hotel is perfect for a business trip or a long layover.
