The studio was open and spacious, with a great view of Kazakh snow capped mountains. Room facilities were great, you can even do your own cooking and laundry! Location is exceptional as well, not near the center but very good access to Sairan Metro at the corner of the building lot (to which our group tour collection point was, this ended up being very convenient for us). Restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets were also at the ground floor of the building. The owner/manager Zhanni was also formerly a UAE resident, speaks English and very helpful. He assisted with showing us the room, facilities and with all the access codes to the gates/doors. No keys required. Highly recommended especially for 2-3 guests!!!
