Bedroom is big with even a table and chair, practical to work on PC and it was very quiet, easy to use bathroom and WC outside room. Owner and family member are always available, they can store luggage on departure date for late pick-up. Also good to know that there is also on second floor, one very big bedroom & large bed with a private bathroom, at affordable price too.

Excellent place Grocery store is near by ask the owner for address They have Indian restaurant nearby too Good view of mountain also available In night 3am 4am also it was safe to walk Very helpful owners and clean room.

The room was clean, good size, exceptional value for money, nice location. Facilities in hostel were clean. It felt safe and like a proper tourist hostel (i have stayed in other places that are more like workers' dormitories, this was different)

Clean and cosy, reasonably priced. Just one shower and two toilets, but seems like the place just has few rooms so I actually never had to queue for either a shower or toilet. There is a super friendly kitten roaming around ❤️. The building does not have any signs indicating the location of the hostel, but just ring on the glass doors, someone is always there at the reception.

We stayed in a double room with a private toilet and a small balcony. Everything is neat and clean. The kitchen is also very clean and full of utensils and everything you will need. The location is also near bus stops, restaurants and super markets. They also kept our luggage after checkout. Note: They don't know English. So be prepared with a translator.

Value for money as a private single bedroom (shared bath and toilet) in Almaty. everything was good. The black cat is soooooo lovely 😍.
