- Location : 20/10 - Facilities : 10/10 - Responsiveness of the host : 10/10 - Cleanliness : 10:/10 This was our first trip to Almaty and we were on the hunt for a cozy stay with a beautiful view of the snow. This place nailed it. We absolutely loved how centrally located this was yet so cozy. Liked tucked away in a corner. The place was exceptionally clean with all the facilities available. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, drinking water facilities. All you will need to sustain. We could brag for paragraphs on the location. It’s bang on. Every tourist location is easily accessible and it some great pubs/restaurants in the walking distance. We stayed for 8 days, so we did make a few meals at home. The grocery store was right below to get any ingredients we required. We loved the balcony, and the view that came with it. We could spend hours just sitting outside and watching the town flow by. The host has taken enough care to ensure you are provided with everything you might need for your stay, towels, dishwasher soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, clothes drying rack. This became our home in these 8 days and I am going to miss it! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who is visiting Almaty.

Strategic location. Along main road Dostyk Ave with many shops and amenities nearby. Direct bus route to Shymbulak and other attractions. Apartment is clean with towels, utensils, cutlery provided. Host is very friendly. Heater and aircon in good condition. Will meet in person during our arrival and departure.

The property is very neat and clean. It is centrally located and a supermarket and restaurants are all within walking distance. The host was excellent
