Cute very social nice common areas. All of the staff is so lovely especially Valentine makes sure you feel right at home.

Staff were amazing especially aisultan and valentine, they made my stay even better every day and helped with many things. The hostel itself is extremely sociable, I have made many friends that I will keep forever. Not only the best hostel in Almaty, but in all of Kazakhstan! Would recommend 10/10

- Value for money - Location was okay, close enough to bus stop for day trips and somewhat reasonable distance (20mins) from public transport to access main tourist attractions in the city. - Staff were helpful when we asked questions such as nearby ATM location as paying by card required an additional charge.

Stayed for 2 nights, was located a bit further out of the city centre but easy walk in or Yandex. Hostel was okay, stayed in March so not too many people around, probably could have been cleaner in kitchen / bathroom. Other guests and staff were friendly.
