Very friendly and most helpful host family. Fantastic location on the top of a hill with view over the whole wide valley. Modern, bright and clean room. Great breakfast with home made cake. Excellent recommendations on all the region offers.

Agroturismo Riparossa is in a beautiful countrified location. Bernado and Irina made us feel so welcome and provided us with lots of helpful information about not only the local area but also Rome and other aspects of Italy. On holiday, we like to mix walking and birdwatching in the countryside with visiting towns and cities to explore historical artifacts and architecture. Agroturismo Riparossa is a perfect base for this. It is about 20 minutes away from the amazing historical town of Orvieto, and from Orvieto there are trains to Rome and Florence. It is also not far by car from a number of excellent wilder areas where you can hear and see many birds and other animals in their natural habitats. The region has a really rich environment. Agroturismo Riparossa itself has many different birds right on the doorstep, so to speak. Two or three nights we heard a Scops Owl close by, and swallows are flying in abundance during the day in summer. All in all, a great place to stay.
