Binu, her husband, mother and staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. I had forgotten to buy toothpaste and conveniently there was a travel sized tube with a toothbrush in my room. I had no idea where to begin with organising a boat tour without being ripped off and Binu organised the perfect tour for me. Just what I wanted. A paddle boat tour with attention to nature. And that is exactly what I got and it was excellent value for money. Bini's mother, even though she doesn't speak English made an effort to communicate with me and understood that I needed more water and showed me where to find it. The breakfast was freshly prepped, healthy, plentiful and the tastiest that I've had in Kerala. And Binu also organised transport to get me to the train station upon departure. I had all my needs met and I felt really taken care of whilst being given sufficient space. Binu genuinely cares about her guests and is interested in who you are. It is not just a business transaction. I would recommend her homestay to anyone wanting to visit Alleppy. Thank you Binu and family. Namaste

I really liked staying at Venice Castle home stay. They were so nice and welcoming. I arrived early in the morning so they offered me to join breakfast. And the next day they prepared me special good because my stomach wasn't well. Tgey helped me to schedule a canoe ride. And overall they were just great! Thank you!

Amazing!!? We only stayed there for one night and would have loved to stay longer. The house is centrally located yet very quiet, with a beautiful garden. The rooms were nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Relaxing on the balcony was a dream. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You can also chat with other guests if you want to. The hosts were very attentive and kind. We had nice conversations. If we come back to Alleppey, this will be our first choice. You are doing everything right here.
