The atmosphere at palmgrove was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by flora and on the river we could watch the variety of canal boats as we ate our breakfast in peace and tranquility. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative - all my questions ahead of our stay were answered promptly. They helped us throughout our stay with sorting transport and storing luggage with them even after checking out and staying on a houseboat.

Everything was amazing! From the food, the friendly staff to the amazing view of the backwaters we woke up to everyday and not to mention the wonderful time we had at our shikkara sunrise boat trip!

All natural gardens, exceptional staff, beautiful view of the lake, an amazing salt water swimming pool. Everything was clean and a superb stay, staff couldn't be more helpful
