“Welcoming & Enjoyable!”

Johnson was extremely welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. He gave us so much helpful information about the area and what we should visit etc. He also arranged a private canoe experience in the backwaters of a rural village. He drove us there himself and it was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend you book this through him! We loved our stay here, it is a great location with lots of foods spots and a grocery within walking distance.

We loved the location, there was some really good food around! The garden was also beautiful and the flowers smelled amazing. We also did a canoe backwaters tour and this was the highlight of our trip - highly recommend doing this!! We did the local ferry as well but enjoyed the canoe tour more.

I was received with a complimentary tea and a warm welcome! The owner and the staff where kind and friendly, the homestay is in between the beach (15 minutes walk) and the city center (25 minutes walk) so it's the perfect spot to be! I really enjoyed the balcony with the swings for the sunrise ☀️
